The Job
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to provide operational and strategic HR support to our employees in HelloFresh, Sweden. As the HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing HR leadership to our growing workforce and ensure a safe, productive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
You’ll focus your efforts on developing and improving our HR processes together with the 3PL to execute HR strategies focused on talent management, workforce management, and employee engagement. The role is based out of our brand new Distribution Center in Bjuv, Sweden.
You will…
Be the designated People point of contact for the entire lifecycle of the local employees:
drafting employment agreements
reporting employee data to our payroll
managing communication with employees’ union representatives
managing performance development for local employees
Mentor and partner managers to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Spearhead initiatives for our warehouses and guiding our 3PL by developing programs and services to increase employee engagement, retention and job satisfaction
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Be a liaison between our 3PL and HelloFresh on everything from best practices in people and culture to assisting with a contract or recruitment case.
Provide People policy guidance
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals

You have...
Strong HR generalist experience within a fast paced environment (ideally production or warehouse/ logistics)
Are efficient on Microsoft Office (G-Drive & G-Suite desirable)
Experience of dealing working with an HR information system
Demonstrable experience of dealing with an employee relations caseload i.e. absence management, performance management, disciplinary & grievance matters
Display passionate, energy and enthusiasm for the field & the value HR can bring
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships at ease
Acute attention to detail
You have excellent communication skills & you’re fluent in Swedish (English is a strong plus)
