The Role
For our ambitious, fast growing team in Bjuv, Sweden we are looking for an OpEx Engineer . Working in the Operational Excellence team you take a leading role in improving our operations.
As an Operational Excellence Engineer you are responsible for identifying improvements within Production (end to end). You have a key role in bringing our current operations to another level (lower cost, better productivity and quality) and support the implementation of the operational culture and roadmap.
Therefore, you will constantly and proactively highlight the loss of productivity, cost, quality, or risk to safety and propose solutions based on thorough analysis of cause and effect. You will help the teams conducting root cause analysis with reoccurring issues, and assist in implementing the long term solutions. You will have a key role in bringing our current operations to another level (lower cost, better productivity and quality) and support the implementation of the operational excellence culture and roadmap.
You will be part of a larger team that brings together OpEx engineers from three markets—known as a conventional cluster—with the shared goal of standardizing and harmonizing processes.

What you'll do
Process Improvement & Efficiency : Continuously evaluate and improve operational systems and processes to boost efficiency, quality, and reduce waste and costs.
Lean & Problem-Solving Tools : Implement lean methodologies and structured problem-solving tools like DMAIC, 5 Why's, and Cause & Effect diagrams.
Project Leadership : Identify, lead, and execute improvement projects aligned with business strategies, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.
Collaboration & Change Management : Work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a change agent to drive a culture of operational excellence and standardization.

You have…
3+ years of experience in production or logistics, with a strong focus on high-volume manufacturing environments.
Proven track record in production optimization, continuous improvement, and launching new processes.
Strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills; confident in coaching and implementing Lean/Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus).
Solid knowledge of SOPs, lean principles (eg, Toyota Production System), and process adherence.
Effective leadership and influencing skills, capable of engaging all levels from shop floor to senior management.
Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.

The Job
For our fast growing Operations team, we are looking for a Team Lead who will coordinate and manage our warehouse technology infrastructure in the Nordics. You will be based in our Swedish Warehouse in Bjuv (Sweden) and will visit the warehouse in Moss (Norway) monthly.

You have…
Master’s or Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain. Experience in a Production or Industrial environment is seen as an advantage
5+ years experience working with warehouse technologies or Supply Chain Tech applications.

The Job
For our ambitious, growing team in Bjuv, we are looking for a Food Safety Quality Assurance Technologist who will be responsible for end to end quality and compliance on our fresh produce, such as vegetables, herbs and fruits.

Lead and support quality improvement projects across the fresh produce category

The Job
For our ambitious, fast growing team in Bjuv, we are looking for a Team Lead, Operations Excellence. Working within the Operations team you take a leading role across the Nordic markets. Incident resolution: Work with suppliers, warehouse and procurement teams to solve incidents such as late, short and poor quality deliveries detected at inbounding or over the course of production within short deadlines. This includes:
Monitoring incoming incident tickets
Sending replenishment orders to suppliers
Coordinating transport from supplier facility to our warehouse if needed
Regularly checking in person shipments to ensure the exact quantity and quality of items are delivered

Job Description
For our ambitious, fast growing team in Sweden, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager.
As a supply chain manager, you'll oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final product. You'll ensure the right amount of product is moved and consumed at the right time, as well as coordinate the storage of the product.
You’ll focus your efforts on developing and improving our warehouse processes together with the 3PL to ensure a high stock accuracy. You’re also responsible for ensuring that we do cycle counts regularly to comply with financial requirements.
With our procurement team in Copenhagen, you’ll optimize our stock-levels and balance the space utilization in the warehouse hence minimizing the risk of food waste.
By analyzing OTIFIQ (on time, in full, in quality) you’re able to ensure that our suppliers constantly improve their performance when delivering to the warehouse.


You’re comfortable with analyzing data in Excel and can convert what you see to tangible actions. You’re also used to working with different stakeholders (procurement, warehouse manager and managers in production).
You will…
Report to our Head of Production
Work closely with the 3PL Warehouse Manager, Procurement and Finance
Be the local expert of our WMS system and Warehouse processes
Train the warehouse team in WMS processes and ensure that they have the tools they need be successful
Ensure a proper flow from unloading the trailer to consumption of the ingredients in production
Optimize stock levels and space utilization together with procurement and production
Ensure weekly and monthly cycle counts and ensure timely and correct reports to finance
Use available data to analyze and suggest improvement to reduce stock levels and improve stock accuracy
Set and track ambitious KPIs, balancing day-to-day operations with long term strategic objectives. Define new measures and reporting methods to promote data-driven decision making.
Inspire and lead a team to deliver results and achieve their potential. Coach and guide team members to deliver optimal outcomes.
You will partner closely with Procurement and Technical teams to strengthen our supply chain processes.

You have…
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Supply Chain preferred
Preferably +2 years of experience in similar role
Extensive experience with WMS/ERP systems and processes related to material flow within warehouses
Strong analytical skills combined with advanced Excel knowledge
The ability to create structure for yourself and others
Ability to both go into details and zoom out to keep perspective
Experience with managing different stakeholders
Experience of leading teams is considered to be a plus
Advanced English and preferably Swedish skills
