The Job
For our fast growing Operations team, we are looking for a Team Lead who will coordinate and manage our warehouse technology infrastructure in the Nordics. You will be based in our Swedish Warehouse in Bjuv (Sweden) and will visit the warehouse in Moss (Norway) monthly.
You will lead a team responsible for ensuring that all our warehouse systems and its functioning tools are as per warehouse standards. You will also be responsible for defining strategic programmes along with our Global counterparts for Warehouse Continuous Improvements and Innovation management to support our Operations.
You will work within our Production team and report to the Director of Fulfillment Operations.
You will…
Act as Product Manager for various Warehouse systems and applications such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Production Control Systems (PCS), among others, that are critical for our Operations and upcoming Strategic Fulfillment Projects.
Design, implement and lead warehouse solutions for Operational and Business requirements.
Lead System Implementation projects where automation and robustness would be a key focus.
Be a key stakeholder in cross-functional projects supporting Top Line and Bottom Line business roadmap, scopes and visions.
Conduct effective Root Causing and Analysis for Warehouse systems issues and drive actionable solutions.
Lead, develop and grow your own team of Production Systems Analysts supporting 2 DC’s and work closely with Production Support technicians.
Implement and monitor team KPIs and ensure that our overall Operational performance is performing seamlessly.
Be the final local point of contact in the escalation process in the event of a warehouse systems failure.
Create the system's roadmap and strategy in accordance with the local market requirements which would include extensive collaboration with our Global stakeholders and targeting best practices from other markets.
Work together with the Operational Excellence team to drive improvements around the warehouse systems , processes and aim for continuous improvements for our Products.

You have…
Master’s or Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain. Experience in a Production or Industrial environment is seen as an advantage
5+ years experience working with warehouse technologies or Supply Chain Tech applications.
Experience in an ERP system
Data driven mindset with strong business acumen and advanced analytical capabilities (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, , Tableau)
Previous leadership experience leading a team of at least 2.
Experience in leading projects and working in cross-functional teams with experience in agile project management methodologies.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve operational problems in a proficient manner.
Strong inner drive, structured and with the ability to enthuse and cooperate.
Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you think beyond the scope of a given assignment - A ‘Doer’
Self-Motivated: Desire to learn. Take initiatives and be self going
Availability to travel to Norway once a month
Fluency in English and preferably Swedish.

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Jr. Production Technology Analyst Intern who can support us in our production systems and work on valuable data analytics. You will play a large part in continuing our growth while working with various stakeholders.
You will…
Support various WES’s (Warehouse Execution Systems - Pick to Light, Electronic Shelf Labels, etc) within the fulfillment network
Troubleshoot technical issues in WMS (Warehouse management systems), WES and other systems across fulfillment operations as they occur
Understand all available reporting tools, create reports that enable improved operation visibility and performance
Develop deep knowledge of site level operations in order to drive and support continuous improvement efforts
Continuously review operations setup and drive improvement via enhancements and functionality deployments
Act as product owner (PO) for production for all systems requests
Document support issues and resolutions
Create Work instructions and SOPs
Develop training materials

You have…
Been enrolled or Recently Graduated with your Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred
Proficiency in (nice to have but not required)
Hands-on experience working with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets / Excel)
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining close attention to detail
A roll up your sleeves mentality and are comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Job Description
We are looking for an OpsTech Analyst who can help to develop and maintain our operations technology infrastructure in the Nordics.
Your impact will range from implementing and maintaining our operational tools across the full value chain, to forecasting and planning how we order our ingredients, produce and distribute meal-kits to our customers. Collaborating closely with our operational teams, your data insights will also be key in the smooth running of our supply chain by using best practices and providing stakeholders with high quality data on time. There will be the opportunity to make a great impact, drive improvements and ultimately contribute to the success of our growing Supply chain function.
You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Islands Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Head of Process Excellence.
You will…
Set up the local Ops tool infrastructure across the entire supply chain, from product until outbound logistics
Work closely with our operational teams to understand needs and requirements, and coordinate with our global BI/Automation team to understand and use best practices from other markets
Support ongoing BI and operational processes, such as forecasting and planning, to ensure that all stakeholders get the high quality data on request
Work with the OpsTech team to improve and/or develop workflow tools and processes across the organisation
Independently drive improvement projects for our supply chain and operational processes to provide actionable insights & recommendations
Provide ad hoc support on special projects related to improving our overall business - both operationally and commercially

You have…
A Master’s or Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering, Mathematics or Supply Chain
At least 2+ years of experience working with data analytics, data engineering and/or pipelines
Professional experience using MS Excel / GoogleSheets
Technical competence; experience using & Python
